Terms of Service

1. Booking and Reservation

By making a reservation at Camp Vasva & Hazim, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

• Check-in time: 12:30 — 19:00
• Check-out time: 10:00 — 12:00
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Room prices are per person per night. Camping prices are per spot per night.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By proceeding with payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your booking. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-shows: Full charge applies.

Early departures are subject to the full booking amount. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund offered.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
• Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated outdoor areas are available.
• Pets are allowed only with prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
• Damage to property must be reported and may result in additional charges.

5. Tour Guide Services

Guided hiking tours are subject to guide availability and weather conditions. The tour price covers the guide service only. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Camp Vasva & Hazim reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions, with a full refund or alternative date offered.

6. Camping Rules

• Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits.
• Please dispose of waste in provided bins.
• Respect wildlife and natural surroundings.
• Keep noise levels considerate of other campers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Camp Vasva & Hazim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, injury, or accidents occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
